So my friend and I play the french horn part for our band compositions on our saxophones. Which is nice because most of the pieces we play have a bajillion horn solos in them, and while they probably sound more mellow on a horn it's a lot easier to play passionately on the sax (for me). However, when one of these solos is in a ballad (Ammerland) and is 15 measures long and you happen to be incapable of getting your D in tune, you kinda want to hit some one. Especially when you have to play it for your Large Group Performance Evaluation.

It's cool though, my sax stopped playing right before the section with all of the D's in the solo for the concert, and by the time I fixed my reed so it would play again, that section was over.

By the way, for all you horn players out there Fate of the Gods owns for horn solos, it's not really hard I think it's a level five, but it is so freaking fun to play.
Anywho, We got superior ratings so I'm happy.
